Having recently relocated from Florida and owning a Chevy Cobalt, I was looking for a Chevy Dealer to obtain service or parts.  After two very poor experinces in dealering with [name removed] Chevrolet in Salem, I decided to look a little farther from home (West Salem) for a Dealer that understands what Customer Service really is -- I believe that I've found that in Dallas at McMullin Chev-- I spoke to Bill in Service, explained my situation and needs -- and Bill told me to "come on over" and he could take care of it that Day!  When we arrived a very friendly woman at the service window pointed us in the right direction and Brian in Service took care of us.  Brian was appologetic in that it might take 15 minutes!
I can't express how pleased we are with McMullin Chevrolet!  From here on out McMullin will get All our Business - including any future car purchases.  Further, I will tell everyone I meet, that it is well worth the 15 mile drive to Dallas if they want true Customer Service!  Kudo's to McMullin and their Staff.
